“Tests include Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol), Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, and Vision.

Membership not required. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities available. Screenings only available at clubs with a Pharmacy. Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center.”
