Personal story: My daughter is in company dance this year and will be competing for the first time. We just received her competition outfits this week and I almost screamed. I think they’re way too revealing for my six year old daughter. Kaitlyn loves them and is so excited about the upcoming competition. I could definitely use some advice. Dance moms out there, how did you encourage your daughter to be successful in dance while coming to terms with the outfits, makeup, etc.?  I don’t want to crush my daughter in something she loves but I am having a tough time.
