Did I ever tell you that my first job in high school was at Einstein Bagels on Rural and University in Tempe? Hard to believe that was almost 20 years ago! I had the funniest manager who always made us hold up three fingers on either side of our mouth (shaped like an o) to show everyone our “WOW” service. Ha!
