I just called them and they said that they have lots of appointments available but they’re booking FAST (you may have to wait a few weeks for a large dog). There’s a voucher program for Maricopa county residents, you don’t need to apply, they already have them there. When the spay/neuter is FREE there is absolutely no excuse not to have it done (and you get to make an appointment)!
